By downloading, installing, or using Rivio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rivio. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rivio for personal, non-commercial purposes on your iOS device, subject to these Terms of Service.

4. Coin System and Purchases

Rivio uses an in-app coin system for premium features:

• Coins can be purchased through Apple's App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and availability

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your vehicle collection data, photos, or other personal content.

7. App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rivio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or device damage.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App is developed and distributed through the Apple App Store.
